Greenstone tops customer service ratings on NAEM EHS & Sustainability Software Report

NAEM_logo_1.jpgGreenstone has received a 100% Overall Customer Service Rating, and a 9.25 out of 10 average Net Promoter Score (a measure of the likelihood of Greenstone’s Clients recommending its software to a friend or colleague), in NAEM’s 2017 software report.

NAEM's EHS & Sustainability Software Ratings Report is a third-party evaluation of customer satisfaction of EHS & Sustainability (EHS&S) software. The report reveals how software users rate their satisfaction with the ease of use, speed of implementation, integration and customer service of leading EHS&S software systems.

Based in the US, NAEM provides valuable resources for corporate EHS & Sustainability leaders and IT professionals who are responsible for selecting, implementing and maintaining software systems, and who are looking to better manage and report their data.

Survey respondents were asked to rate aspects of their software system, on specific capabilities, user adoption, flexibility and customer service, based on their level of satisfaction. Out of the 11 EHS&S software providers featured in the report, Greenstone was the only provider to receive a 100% rating for Overall Customer Service.
